Goal Setting and Game Planning 6 Steps to follow while Goal Setting & Game-Planning!

Goal Setting and Game Planning

Hope you are having a great 2010 so far…we are absolutely having a blast growing the business all over the world. Our business grew by leaps and bounds in North America, India and now in Jamaica. We want to congratulate all the leaders who made it happen.

It is that time of the year when we closed out a great year (August), learned lessons from it and started planning for another great fiscal year 2010-2011. We expect nothing but SUPERNATURAL growth in our team this year.

Funny thing about goal setting is : 70% of people don’t even have any goals in life. 27% have goals but never written it down and lazy at game-planning. Remaining 3% have goals and write them down and only these 3 percenters end up achieving it.

We recommend the following (if married both husband and wife should do this):

1. Draw a line and start fresh. What you did in the past is not a benchmark for what you can do in the future provided you are willing to listen, change and have faith. (Faith is the instrument with which you make your future as clear as the past)

2. Write down your goals – While Goal Setting – Clear, written goals have a wonderful effect on your thinking. They motivate you and galvanize you into action. They stimulate your creativity, release your energy, and help you to overcome procrastination as much as any other factor. A Goal must have an end date, otherwise its not a goal.

3. Write down / draw  a game plan to the best of your knowledge. Human Mind works by visualizing pictures. The only way for you to instruct your subconscious mind is by letting it see the pictures what you see in your written down game-plan, and constant repetition of words you say by looking at it.

4. Setup a time with your upline mentor to master mind for your success in 2010-2011. You can also setup a time with your upline mentor to have a coverdish for your team.

5. Stay in close communication with your upline mentor until you get the job done. The aircraft while flying is 99%  of the time off its course. That’s why only by communicating with the control center it can do its course correction and get back on track towards its destination. Your upline mentor is that control center for you, as they have a bird’s eye view of where you are going.

6. TAKE ACTION – Work like it depends on you; pray like it depends on God.

With God all things are possible!

We are fired up about 2010-2011.  Are You ?
